Your baby’s first days are sacred—and you shouldn’t have to leave the comfort of your home to capture them beautifully. With By Don’s at-home newborn sessions, I bring the full studio experience directly to you. As a female photographer, I understand how important it is to create a calm, safe, and supportive space for both mom and baby. That’s why everything is designed to feel gentle, personal, and stress-free. I arrive fully equipped and sanitized, whether you’re dreaming of something minimal or fully styled, I create a cozy in-home setup that works with your space and prioritizes your baby’s comfort. Every session moves at your baby’s pace—there’s no rush, no pressure. Feedings, breaks, and snuggles are all welcome. The goal is to freeze these early moments in time while allowing you to simply be present. What’s Included: - Up to 3 hours of in-home shooting - Full mobile studio setup - Sanitized baby bed, wraps, props, and lighting - 15 fully retouched images - Up to 50 additional images available at $5 each - Travel within 25 miles of the Boston area included Optional Add-Ons: - Framed prints (all sizes available) $50–$300 - Keepsake photo albums $50–$250 - Custom props or styled elements $50–$100
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. - The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the event. - Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received. Coverage & Timing: - Photography coverage begins at the agreed-upon start time. Delays caused by the client or venue may result in reduced coverage without price adjustment. - Overtime may be added and is subject to availability. Overtime fees must be paid before additional coverage is provided. - Clients are encouraged to review their event timeline with us in advance to ensure full and efficient coverage. Travel & Access: - Travel up to 25 miles from Boston, MA is included. Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond this range. - Please ensure reasonable access is granted to all venues and scheduled locations. Any restrictions must be communicated prior to the event. Weather Considerations: - For outdoor events, clients must provide appropriate weather accommodations (e.g., tents, umbrellas, or alternative indoor locations). - In cases of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, By Don reserves the right to pause or relocate coverage to protect equipment and staff. Image Delivery, Prints & Usage: - Edited digital images will be delivered via online gallery within at least 14 business days. In some cases up to 3 weeks depending on volume and season. - Photo printouts or a keepsake album can be requested at any time and will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of the original event date. - By participating in the event, the client consents to select images being used for promotional purposes by By Don, unless otherwise requested in writing. Guest Conduct: - All guests are expected to treat the photographer and equipment with respect. - Inappropriate, destructive, or unsafe behavior may result in limited or suspended coverage at our discretion. Cancellation & Rescheduling: - Changes made less than 14 days before the event will result in the loss of the deposit. Rescheduling is based off availability.
