Step into the studio—and step into your power. At By Don, our in-studio photography experience is designed to bring your vision to life with creativity, professionalism, and ease. We cover everything—from commercial work like product images, branding content, and property photos, to personal and family portraits, including birthdays (for all ages), children, newborns, maternity, couples, and more. Whether you’re launching a brand, celebrating a milestone, or just want timeless images, our studio is the place to create. Each session is intentional and personalized. We take the time to understand your vision, vibe, and goals ahead of your shoot, so every image feels authentic and aligned. The space is fully equipped with professional lighting, a variety of set options, and a comfortable atmosphere that allows you to relax and show up as your best self. Backdrops & props of all colors and styles are available upon request. While the natural studio space often serves as the backdrop itself, we offer everything from solid colors to textured and creative backdrop options to match your shoot’s aesthetic. Backdrops are included in your session; specialty or custom-designed backdrops may include an additional fee. Sessions include one outfit change by default. More looks can be added with prior notice. Feel free to bring your own props, music, or creative ideas to make your session feel fully “you.” Edited digital images are delivered via online gallery within at least 14 business days, and in some cases may take up to 3 weeks, depending on volume and season. Printouts are available in all sizes, with custom framing options offered for an additional charge. All sessions includes 15 fully retouched images with the option of up to 50 total images. Additional images can be edited for $5 each. All studio sessions require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book. The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before your session. Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability. Let’s create something bold, personal, and professional—right here in studio. Cancellation Policy
Booking & Payment: - A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. - The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before the event. - Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received. Coverage & Timing: - Photography coverage begins at the agreed-upon start time. Delays caused by the client or venue may result in reduced coverage without price adjustment. - Overtime may be added and is subject to availability. Overtime fees must be paid before additional coverage is provided. - Clients are encouraged to review their event timeline with us in advance to ensure full and efficient coverage. Travel & Access: - Travel up to 25 miles from Boston, MA is included. Additional travel fees may apply for locations beyond this range. - Please ensure reasonable access is granted to all venues and scheduled locations. Any restrictions must be communicated prior to the event. Weather Considerations: - For outdoor events, clients must provide appropriate weather accommodations (e.g., tents, umbrellas, or alternative indoor locations). - In cases of extreme weather or unsafe conditions, By Don reserves the right to pause or relocate coverage to protect equipment and staff. Image Delivery, Prints & Usage: - Edited digital images will be delivered via online gallery within at least 14 business days. In some cases up to 3 weeks depending on volume and season. - Photo printouts or a keepsake album can be requested at any time and will be delivered within 2-3 weeks of the original event date. - By participating in the event, the client consents to select images being used for promotional purposes by By Don, unless otherwise requested in writing. Guest Conduct: - All guests are expected to treat the photographer and equipment with respect. - Inappropriate, destructive, or unsafe behavior may result in limited or suspended coverage at our discretion. Cancellation & Rescheduling: - Changes made less than 14 days before the event will result in the loss of the deposit. Rescheduling is based off availability.
